They have a unique pay-as-you-go meat CSA with a ton of different options and offerings each month, and they welcome visitors to the farm by appointment. The farm store is open Saturdays from 11am -2pm.

The milk from their award-winning cows is used to make Bianco, a soft, brie-style cheese that is used in a number of local restaurants, and is the only of its kind in the area. You can pick some up at Ithaca Bakery, Greenstar Coop., or the Trumansburg Shursave.
The team also raises pork, pekin duck, broiler chickens, chicken eggs, and duck eggs. Stop by for your local foods fix!

They do offer a CSA that can be subsidized through the Healthy Food for All program, which offers healthy options for low-income households. Their farm-raised pork is available in November, cut, wrapped and smoked to customer specifications!
West Haven is passionate about education, and they offer programs for elementary students as well as graduate students and anyone in between. Additionally, they offer two farm tours – a self guided one, and a guided tour that points out the highlights of life at West Haven.
